So, we are committed to providing a transparent refund and return process with the best international practices, which is convenient and trustworthy for you. Because we truly understand every aspect of your concern in online shopping, that’s the reason why we aim to make our policies simple and customer-friendly in every step.
Returns & Refunds
- 30-Day Return Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or products, you may return any unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt.
- Refund Amount: We will refund the product price, minus the actual shipping cost incurred by St. Herb.
- If you paid for shipping, that amount is non-refundable.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the refund amount will be reduced by the actual shipping expense
- Condition of Items: Returned products must be in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
- If your order is returned to us due to factors beyond your control (e.g., customs rejection, courier issues, or delivery failure), we will provide a full refund of the product price.
- Please note: in the case of “free shipping” promotions, the actual shipping cost incurred by St. Herb will be deducted, unless the issue was caused by us.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it has shipped for a full refund.
- If the order has already been dispatched, the actual shipping cost cannot be refunded (including free shipping orders), but the product may still be returned under the 30-day return policy.
Refund Processing Rules
- Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method.
In compliance with international banking and card network regulations, refund requests must be processed within 90 business days of the original transaction.
