Returns and Refunds
- 15-Day Return Window
Customers may return any unopened and unused products within 15 calendar days of receipt if they are not fully satisfied with their purchase. - Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the product value, excluding the actual shipping costs incurred by St. Herb.- If shipping fees were paid at checkout, these are non-refundable.
- For orders that qualified for complimentary shipping, the refund will be adjusted to account for the shipping expenses borne by St. Herb.
- Product Condition
Returned items must remain in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund. - Processing Timeline
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
- In cases where an order is returned due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control, such as customs rejection, courier-related issues, or failed delivery attempts, a full refund of the product price will be provided.
- Please note: For orders shipped under a free shipping promotion, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund unless the delivery failure was due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, the shipping cost, whether paid or complimentary, cannot be refunded. However, the product may still be returned under the 15-day return policy.
Refund Processing Guidelines
- Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- In accordance with international banking and card network regulations, all refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original transaction date.
